It was easy to schedule back to back same week appointments with the same inspector and the ability to pay cash was a huge plus while we have to be careful with spending money in our accounts while in escrow. Elijah was incredibly detailed and took the time to walk through and point out everything while explaining in detail what he’s doing and looking at. As first time home owners for my sister and I, that’s amazing! We have no idea what to look at and he taught everyone so much. He was very kind and professional and easy to work with. My sisters only complaint is she couldn’t keep the avocado stuffed animal that is their mascot!
