Buying property can be pretty nerve-racking, especially when it is your first time! You think you know what you are getting into, but you don’t know the whole story until all is said and done. Well, A Better Home Inspectiom really came through for me. MR. MARCO put all the nervousness away through his awesome presentation of how his inspection went on my property.

I am pessimistic, but I do give people a chance when I meet them! I was hoping that this inspection would be very thorough and was expecting some concerns. If there weren’t any then I would have been worried. Key words “would have”! Mr. Marco was very diligent with the inspection by bringing up concerns that were not too worrisome, but something I should be aware of. Made me feel more comfortable with my purchase. The pictures and explanation of everything was really well done.. especially looking at the items physcially in person he had concerns with and summarizing his findings!

We were in escrow for purchasing a home in Murrieta and Danny was extremely prompt and professional in setting up an appointment for a mold inspection. In addition, this company was remarkably fast in in delivering the results (within 2 days) since we had a short contingency period. These guys were professional friendly and interactive. They knew what exactly to look for and knew what I would like to see as an electrician. Overall great experience. We had to move quickly with our home inspection, and was nervous with the holiday weekend. It was an easy scheduling process and they were able to make it out to the house over the weekend. Our inspector provided excellent meticulously detailed notes. I really liked how simple and easy to was to read their report. It is easy to identify what are the corrective repairs that are required vs. routine maintenance.
