Dan was there on time, his office back up team are awesome, this was a large property and he had detailed inspection reports to me in a few hours. This guy is going to do all my inspections.

We had Sam inspect our potential new codo today and he was extremely professional and helpful! The inspection took about two hours in total and he was super thorough with everything he did. If we had any questions or concerns he stopped and explained everything to us. As first time home owners we don’t know a whole lot but he broke everything down for us. Overall great experience. We had to move quickly with our home inspection, and was nervous with the holiday weekend. It was an easy scheduling process and they were able to make it out to the house over the weekend. Our inspector provided excellent meticulously detailed notes. I really liked how simple and easy to was to read their report. It is easy to identify what are the corrective repairs that are required vs. routine maintenance.
